  ざっと見たところOpenSSHには影響しないのではないかと思いますが,
  「Any application that makes use of OpenSSL's SSL/TLS library may be
   affected.」 
  「Recompile any OpenSSL applications statically linked to OpenSSL libraries.」
  と Advisary にありますのでアップデートするべきでしょう.
